In my counseling practice, I support adolescents and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges, with a special focus on men of all ages using integrated psychotherapy . I also work with couples seeking to resolve conflicts and strengthen their connection to achieve greater harmony and intimacy.
I often work with couples whose differing parenting styles contribute to disconnects within relationships. This can be particularly challenging when raising children with emotional, behavioral, or developmental differences. Together, we work toward creating a unified approach to parenting and finding a healthy balance between family responsibilities and personal well-being.
My approach combines psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy, informed by the latest neurobiological research and Buddhist psychology. My goal is to help clients gain insight into their past, release self-limiting beliefs and emotional burdens, and move toward a more peaceful, integrated life.
I provide therapy services for those ready to shift their perspective on persistent challenges and navigate the difficult moments of our modern lives. With a focus on embracing vulnerability and cultivating self-compassion, I support individuals in developing deeper self-awareness and finding the strength to change through radical acceptance. My goal is to help guide individuals toward a more authentic, brave, and resilient life.
I support couples looking to transform their relationships by helping them replace old patterns with fresh, meaningful connections. During couples counseling, I guide partners through healing from betrayals, rekindling intimacy, creating harmony, and navigating successful co-parenting. I also help couples address the challenge of maintaining meaningful connection while parenting neurodiverse children.
I offer local, in-person individual and couples counseling in my Princeton office in New Jersey. I also offer services online via HIPAA-compliant conferencing services.
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance providers except the Princeton University Health Plan. I am happy to provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. In order to assess what kind of coverage you have prior to making an appointment, ask your insurance provider what your out-of-network mental health benefit is and if what, if any, your deductible is for mental health coverage.
I am certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors and a member of the American Counseling Association. Feel free to ask more about my training and experience when we connect.
